You can access visa and other consular services from the Embassy of Romania in Ireland.
This is the only authority in Ireland who can provide you with consular assistance and issue Romanian travel documents and any other type of notarial documents.
The Consular services are free to access (except €59 passport fee) and only by appointment via the online platform eConsulat.
